Job Requirements:
· 1-5 years of relevant experience in a large corporate environment preferred. Customer Service experience a plus.
· Must have excellent computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and other computer software
· Strong knowledge of firm systems and an understanding business needs of the functions supported is a plus
· Task oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively while working on multiple tasks
· Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow through skills
· Must have good writing, grammar and proofreading skills. Should have ability to write/answer correspondence.
· Effective communication skills and ability to exhibit excellent customer service; great interpersonal skills is a must
· Positive, professional attitude and presence, ability to interact with many levels both inside and outside the Firm, including support of visitors from other offices
· Ability to perform in unique and changing environment by responding effectively to changes and deadlines; readily accepting of new ideas and approaches; and able to act with a sense of urgency
· Ability to be proactive and involved in professional business dealings
· Open to work in night shifts and Rotational.
Education:
· Graduate mandatory- Preferably Regular Degree.
· Diploma/Degree/Certifications in Secretarial courses preferred.
