IT Recruiter - Fresher/Exp (0-1 Yr) - Hyderabad


HIOS Technologies Inc., A US based Software Development and IT consulting company is looking for a motivated, performance oriented IT Technical Recruiter. The person should have minimum of 6 months of experience in recruiting IT professionals and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent business development skills and ability to recruit and market professionals of any software skill set is required. He /She should have knowledge of contract terms such as Corp-to-Corp, Contract-W2, 1099, and other tax terms. He /She can consider a work from home arrangement.

He /She should be willing to work in NIGHT SHIFTS from 6:30PM to 3:30AM Monday to Friday

The job responsibilities include

1. Search, manage, build resource pool using job boards, recruiter groups, social networking etc.,
2. Identify and pre-screen resumes, source jobs, negotiate rates with clients and vendors.
3. Implement effective recruiting strategies and best practices to source, screen, recruit and select high quality candidates.


Pay: Base Salary+ Incentives as per company standards
